WFD/World's Fastest Drummer/ Michigan Preliminaries up to 10/08/05 |
15 year old William Jones was the big surprise in todays preliminaries when he scored an outstanding 886 bpm single strokes in 60 seconds. He improved by over 100 strokes on his second attempt. But don't count out drum instructor Noah Richardson. He is faster than today's 869. Expect to see 900s from him before the preliminaries are over. With five weeks to go...nearly 40 competitors already, and we have yet to stage our Detroit preliminary at Huber-Breese, where there should be a great turnout and fast times due to the Keith Carlock event. I think we will very likely see very fast feet at that preliminary. Michigan WFD Finals are looking to be a very big deal. Matt Smith and Jim Coviak cannot compete in this WFD. All preliminaries up to 10/08/05 were held in the Flint Metro Area.
